Alaskan Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

For the Filling

  • 3 Cups Fresh Strawberries diced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Rhubarb thinly diced
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

For the Topping

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter cold and cubed
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Nutmeg


  • Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • In your baking container(s), combine all the filling ingredients, then set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour with the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Add the butter and cut the butter to mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add the topping on top of the filling, and take to the oven.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
