As the last port day on my Princess Cruise experience, I had one last chance to find fresh coconut water. While rafting the Martha Brae, it was the perfect opportunity.

Despite outward appearances, the cacao nib has a colorful history and flavor. Fresh cacao opened my taste buds and mind to all Costa Rica had to offer.

We have an incredible opportunity to face our fears through travel. For me, snorkeling at the Antilla shipwreck in Aruba was one such opportunity.

Looking back on my year of travel, it’s hard to recall all I’ve seen and done. Luckily, I take a lot of photos – including some truly beautiful ones to remind me of what an amazing year it’s been.
